Do you provide product samples before bulk orders?
Yes, we provide commercial samples for our Moringa, Coconut Water, and dried products. Shipping fees for samples are typically borne by the buyer and credited upon finalizing a bulk contract.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQs vary by product. For value-added products (Moringa powder/Coconut oil), we can start with smaller air-freight batches (e.g., 100kg - 500kg). For fresh vegetables, we typically handle 1-ton air shipments or full container loads (FCL) via sea.
Which certifications do you hold?
We adhere strictly to global export standards and can provide specific phyto-sanitary, origin, and quality certificates required for entry into the UK, UAE, EU, and Asia.
Where is your produce sourced from?
Our agricultural products are sourced directly from our network of partnered organic farms across the fertile regions of Tamil Nadu, India, and Sri Lanka. This direct sourcing allows us to ensure quality and fair compensation to farmers.
Do you handle shipping and customs clearance?
Yes! We provide full-service logistics. We handle all export documentation, freight forwarding (Air/Sea), and can offer FOB, CIF, or DDP terms depending on your destination port and requirements.
